ECBill

ECBill is ECConnect's affordable billing platform. It allows processing of CDRs (Call Detail Records) and calculation of clients' call costs depending on their plan.

The system allows the administrator to manage, add and edit service plans which clients will be billed by. This system includes more client data related to billing, and is fully customisable. ECBill includes daily on-going cost calculation and reporting on specified plan usage limits.

ECBill is usually built into ECGateway and will be incorporated into your existing applications through SOAP/XML functions OR provided as an add-on to ECManage. Alternatively any data feed related to telecommunication billing may be programmed into ECBill.
